Our Company

Skunkwater provides water recovery, reclamation, and cleaning worldwide, with current target markets in the oil and gas industry and industrial water. Demands on the company are to find and develop innovative, low-maintenance, cost effective water reclamation technology, capable of returning flow-back and produced waters to a reusable status, and remove dissolved mineral from brackish ground water to be used for industrial and agricultural needs. Our launch products in response to these demands are, a complete electrocoagulation system, and an electro-dialysis system. The electrocoagulation system includes our proprietary Shockflo technology, particle separation technology, and cross-flow filtration membranes. The combination of these technologies have proven effective at removing TDS from both flow-back and produced waters. Our electro-dialysis system has proven effective at reducing water mineral content in brackish water. The success of our testing phase has postured the company to meet the demands of our customers and, this business plan concerns the introduction of our products into the U.S. market and our intent to seek funding for working capital and continued research and development activity.

The strategic competitive advantages of Skunkwater are three fold, (1) performance, (2) cost effectiveness, and (3) environmental soundness. The Skunkwater reclamation system replaces the disposal process of SWD and BSW fluids with, clean reusable water and dry solids that are landfill disposable or capable of being recycled. Skunkwater’s technological design, and low-pressure operation, allow for a substantial cost advantage operations. These performance and cost advantages are sustainable in the short to medium term as a result of the engineering and industry expertise built around the technology. The sustainable competitive advantages continue to increase over the medium to longer term by reputation building and the fruits of our research and development program.
